Returns

Because each piece is individually crafted, I’m not able to accept returns on unwanted items. That said, if you have any concerns about your order once it arrives, please don’t hesitate to get in touch — I’ll always do my best to help.


Cancellations / Changes

I’m not usually able to accept cancellations or changes after an order has been placed, but will do my best to be accomodating. If you’re unsure about anything or have a question, please feel free to contact me before ordering.


Faulty Items

On the rare occasion that something isn’t right, I’ll do everything I can to put it right.

Items are considered faulty if they arrive damaged or if a fault appears within six months of purchase due to the making process or materials. Please note that general wear and tear isn’t considered a fault.

If an item is faulty, I’ll try to offer a repair or, if needed, replace it with a similar piece if available.

To report a fault, please email me at [email protected] with a description of the issue, your order details, and a few photos if possible.


International Orders & Repairs

I’m happy to ship internationally — if your country isn’t listed at checkout, feel free to contact me and I’ll see what’s possible. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

If there’s ever an issue with a piece you’ve received abroad, I’ll always do my best to resolve it. Depending on the circumstances, I may be able to offer a repair, replacement, or refund. Return shipping costs for international repairs or returns will need to be covered by the customer unless otherwise agreed. If you have any queries please get in touch.
