Apple Wood Vessel – III

A large, deep vessel with considerable presence.

Rich burr patterning weaves through the surface alongside large, characterful knots and beautiful warm grain — all qualities that emerged naturally from the timber during turning. A sweeping live edge and a natural void, formed by the growth of the tree itself, give the form an organic energy that no predetermined design could replicate.

Turned from apple wood sourced from Westonbirt Arboretum and finished with natural Auro oil.

Pieces may have tool marks, warps, cracks or irregularities - they’re all part of the story!
