Apple Wood Vessel – IV

A truly individual form, shaped entirely by the natural contours of the original log. The live edge extends into a projected, irregular rim that traces the un-uniform shape of the timber – no two edges the same, no part of the form predetermined. Knots, grain patterns and natural markings are all fully visible across the surface.

Turned from apple wood sourced from Westonbirt Arboretum and finished with natural Auro oil. A piece that rewards attention from every angle.

Pieces may have tool marks, warps, cracks or irregularities - they’re all part of the story!
